  • You may be a Class Member if you are a Person or Entity who, between June 25, 2018 and January 18, 2022, either paid and/or were caused to reimburse monies as registration fees for the Vacant Properties Registration Programs in any of the following municipalities: Borough of Runnemede, Borough of Bellmawr, Borough of Barrington, Gloucester Township or Voorhees Township. The class excludes Persons or Entities who paid registration fees, but were subsequently reimbursed.
  • Your legal rights will be affected whether you act or do not act. You should read this entire Notice carefully.

YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS AND OPTIONS IN THIS SETTLEMENT:

To receive a cash payment, you must submit a valid claim either online or by mail.  This is the only way to receive a payment.
